Useful Hints:
1.
Winter weddings:
with light falling faster and days getting shorter our best advise is to
bring your reception forward to 5 to 5:30. This is effectively the
same as couple having their reception at 6 to 6.30pm during daylight
savings. You will find that you will not run out of light, your
guest will love it because they will be home before midnight and you
will enjoy your accommodation for longer. Of course you would move
the ceremony forward as well.

1. Always remember to pack an
emergency kit on the wedding day. Items it should include are
-cotton in the same color as the dresses.
-safety pins
-nappy wipes - great for removing stains, much better than soda water.

2. During the warmer months it can
be a good idea for especially the groom to have another shirt to change
into for the reception. There is nothing better than the feeling
of a new clean shirt after the long hot day.

How to same money:
1. The best tip I could give is to think out side the square especially for the receptions. Working on the assumption that the average cost per head for a reception centre is $100, where could you and your partner eat right now for $200. The answer is almost any high class restaurant you want. Just think, not only reception centres serve food to lots of people, so do restaurants, pubs and clubs. The amassing thing is they charge almost half as much and the quality is more often than not better. PLUS you can now buy your own drink's saving even more.
Two stories we have been told by clients on how to save money,
A: Growling Frog Golf Course was booked for $4000, for 60 people, 4 courses and including drinks.1910 Donnybrook Road Yan Yean VIC 3755 http://www.growlingfroggolfcourse.com.au. $66/head - amazing.
B: Condotti Restaurant 239
Lower Heidelberg Rd East Ivanhoe 03 94998882
$4000 for up to 100 people. We have actually eaten there and the food was
outstanding.

2. MENS SUITS: Buy the guys suit's from menswear
shops like "Man to Man", it will still cost as much as hiring but you will
get to keep the suits and no one has worn them before. You will
not have to return after the wedding or worry about damaging
them.

3. CUPCAKES: I was recently at a function were we had a Cupcake Cake and wow did it look great and taste fantastic. All the guests were talking about it, and how easy was it to hand out. So with anything we find that can help our clients here is the information, the cake was provided by Kerri at "Love at Fist Bite Cupcakes" 1300131266
